2. Partial Refund Eligibility
If work has not commenced or is less than 25% complete, you may request a partial refund for work not yet delivered. Refunds are calculated proportionally based on completed milestones.
3. No Refund After Completion
Once a project milestone is completed and approved, refunds for that milestone are not available. This includes code delivery, deployment, and configuration services.

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, España.
